SINOWOLF supervises the production part approval process (PPAP) in close cooperation with you. Taking into account the first article inspection, we define the production process down to the last detail with you and your supplier. This also includes specifically stipulating the machinery to be used. This precludes the risk, right from the start, of future series products being manufactured on machines other than those used for the perfect samples submitted by the supplier.  

By adhering to the PPAP we thus avoid the annoying ping-ponging of samples back and forth. After all, the inspected first article must prove its suitability for the specific purpose. The PPAP is performed on the spot, at your supplier’s. During it, neuralgic points that may have been identified in the course of the in-process control are also defined.
