New Sinowolf Team Member Elly Shakes Up the Germany Office – Team
After a lengthy application process and tough salary negotiations, a new team member has officially joined the office in Herrsching. Golden Retriever Elly truly shines when it comes to challenging tasks like getting belly rubs or charming everyone with her big, round eyes.
Since Elly started in February, the work efficiency of the Sinowolves has increased by an estimated 200%. With two years of age, she has been bringing fresh energy and a whole lot of good vibes to the office ever since. In addition to her main role as Feelgood Manager, she also spontaneously takes on important tasks like quality control of the office plants and attending key meetings.
Of course, Elly already has her own little bed in the boss’s office — and a permanent place in the hearts of the entire team. We’re looking forward to many more shared adventures — and who knows: Maybe Elly is already working on the next big office innovation.
Welcome to the pack, dear Elly!

Relocation/conversion in Shanghai - The offices
The relocation and conversion of the new office in Shanghai have been actively underway since the beginning of November.
There are regular video calls between Germany and Shanghai to keep everyone up to date and report on the daily challenges faced by colleagues on site. Week by week, clear progress can be seen and the goal of creating a comfortable office is getting closer and closer. From the doors to the choice of light color, everything must be coordinated and organized in line with the daily workflow. It's a challenging but exciting time where teamwork plays a central role. Changes such as the lighter wall color and the new office redesign are intended to create a refreshing and positive atmosphere in the new workplace. The design of the glass doors has also been adapted by adding a black frame, giving them a more elegant and high-class look.

Relocation/conversion in Shanghai - Production area
Some rooms, such as the inspection room and the production area, have already been completed and impress with their structured and clearly organized layout.
The workshop, which can now also be viewed from the outside through a glass front, allows workers to get a better overview of the premises and has therefore been given a clearer layout overall. In addition, an automatic door made of special PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material was installed in the inspection room. This door provides effective insulation and soundproofing outside the room.
All rooms are scheduled for completion by the beginning of January.
Until then, we are keeping our fingers crossed for our colleagues in Shanghai that everything runs smoothly.
